Plantar Fasciitis/heel pain/foot pain:
It is the most common and worst pain one can experience, especially the first step in the morning or a sustained posture like sitting or standing.
Lest understand what is plantar fasciitis.
It is the inflammation of the fascia or a sheath of tissue which covers the sole of the entire foot.
There are many reasons and causes for this fascia to get tight. The main reason for this is the fascia gets tight because of overuse or underuse, war gluten or buttocks, quads hamstrings, core and or pelvic floor muscles, that the whole body weight falls on this flat sheath.
Remember the feet are made to carry yo from one place to other but not to just take the weight of the body. Thats the work of the higher muscles like your leg muscles, core muscles and pelvic floor muscles.
In this program I have guided you with step wise day wise exercises that will help in stretching, calming the fascia and strengthening all the associated muscles to take off the load and distribute the load over this fascia. This will teach a huge integration of this structures working together.
Please follow the instructions and the day wise protocol so that there is no exertion of the condition.
